Katie Kapugi, Vice President, Founder and Clinical Director, is a nationally registered and board certified art therapist (ATR) and licensed mental health therapist (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Rachel Duncan, Treasurer & Board Chair
Rachel is a Financial Therapist (CFT Candidate) and Art Therapist (ATR-P) based in Colorado.
She uniquely combines expertise as both a financial therapist and art therapist, helping people transform their relationship with money through compassionate education. As founder and lead facilitator of the Money Healing Club, she pioneers a creative approach to financial well-being, blending practical financial guidance with therapeutic techniques.

Carolyn is a nonprofit development professional with over 20 years in the philanthropy space, primarily major gifts fundraising.Throughout her career she has served in many sectors including: politics, religion, the arts, human services, land conservation and healthcare.
Presently she works as a consultant in Montana advising nonprofit executives and boards on building, growing and maintaining robust fundraising programs. Additionally, through work on boards and specialty committees, she donates her time to further missions close to her heart.
Carolyn is excited to serve as an inaugural board member for Dream Big Wellness and hopes her experience in philanthropy will buoy and advance this extraordinary mission!
