Therapy Rates
Sage Level (Pay-It-Forward Program)
Our Sage program includes twelve one hour sessions and is designed for those in need of greatest financial support.
Rate
- $10 - $29 per session for 12 sessions.
Income Level Criteria:
- $0-$35,000 annual income = $10-$29
- or qualify through the *Green Bottle Method on our application
Session Limits:
- Qualifying individuals may only use the Sage program once
- Individuals in need of more sessions can apply for our Teal program once the Sage program has expired
- The Sage program expires one year from the intake session
- Criteria based on income/need/time on waitlist
- After 12 sessions the Teal program starts at $30-$99 per session
Teal Level (Pay-It-Forward Program)
Our Teal program includes twelve one hour sessions and is designed for students, former Sage Program members, and economically qualifying individuals. Two renewals are allowed for this program.
Rate
- Student Rate: $40 for 12 sessions
- Pay it Forward Program Rate for Sessions: $30 - $99 per session for 12 sessions.
Income Level Criteria:
- $36,000-$50,000 annual income
- Student Rate at a fixed $40 for 12 sessions
- Qualify through the *Green Bottle Method on our application
Session Limits:
- Individuals must re-qualify financially after 12 sessions
- The Teal program expires one year from the intake session
- Criteria based on income/need/time on waitlist
Cobalt Level (Associate Level Clinicians)
Our Cobalt program includes one hour sessions paid per session. Sessions are conducted by Associate level therapists, and are limited to Associate waitlist. Individuals must re-qualify annually.
Rate
- $70-$99 Sliding Scale
Income Level Criteria:
- $50,000+ annual income
- Green Bottle Method qualification (see our application form)
Session Limits
- Must re-qualify annually
- Determined rates expire one year after your intake
- Criteria based on income/need/time on waitlist
Azure Level (Sliding Scale)
Our Azure program includes one hour sessions paid per session at a sliding scale rate, Individuals must re-qualify annually.
Rate
- $100 to $149 (variabilities in rates d/t couples, group, and individual session cost differences)
Income Level Criteria:
- $50,000 + annual income
- Green Bottle Method qualification (see our application form)

- Determined rates expire one year after your intake
- Criteria based on income/need/time on waitlist
Magenta Level (Full Fee)
Our Magenta program is designed for individuals in a position to pay full fee for our services, rates are set annually and may be re-evaluated based on financial changes
Rates
- Individual Rate for 60 minute sessions:
- Full Fee: $150
- Couples & Family Therapy Rates:
- 90 minute Full Fee: $200
- 60 minute Full Fee: $170
Income Level Criteria:
- $60,000 +

Extended Session Time Rates
Time beyond the standard session length (53-60 minutes) is billed as private pay in the following increments: 15–30 minutes: $75 | 31–60 minutes: $150
When possible, we encourage clients and clinicians to discuss extended time in advance.
When extended time occurs unexpectedly, your clinician will communicate this clearly before or as it happens.
If you anticipate needing an hour more of time, we encourage scheduling an additional session within the same week rather than extending the session, as this can usually be billed to insurance (please check with your insurance provider).
Same day extensions can not be billed to insurance companies, as they will not reimburse.
In Home and Outdoor Therapy
- In-Person, In-Home or Nature-Based Outdoor Sessions:
- 60 minute Individual Full Fee: $150/hr (Sliding Scale $120 - $150)
- 90 minute Individual Full Fee: $200/hr (Sliding Scale $170 - $200)
- 90 minute Couple & Family Full Fee: $220 (Sliding Scale $170 - $220)
- Commute & Prep Time: $100 per hour, prorated in 15 minute increments (If you are an insurance based client, commute and prep time are NOT covered by insurance).
*Additional waivers and informed consent is needed, these services can be intermittent with virtual care and in-office care, but must be negotiated prior to service with your therapist.
Facilitation for Partnering Organizations
At Dream Big Wellness we love to guest facilitate with partnering organizations at retreats, in-office workshops, and as contracted services for organizations in need of art therapy. Reach out to us today!
- Retreat, Workshop, Training and Group Facilitation for Partnering Organizations:
- $200 per hour, 2 hour minimum (per facilitator depending on group size)
- Day Rate (4-6 hours): $600
- week Rate: $1800
- Individual contracts will be made up per job, and per negotiations. Please be advised some commute and preparation time will be considered in contracting the final fee.
LMHC and Art Therapy Supervision
- Art Therapy and/or LMHC Supervision Rates
- Individual $125-$150/hour
- Dyad $100 each/2 hours
- Group (minimum of 4-6 people) $75/2 hours
Supervision is open for Art Therapists and non-Art Therapists, though we utilize art as processing within our Dream Big Wellness supervision and group processing. No art experience necessary. Reach out to us to learn more! This is a contracted and voluntary relationship, and hours of participation are based on your needs for licensure and our availability.
Good Faith Estimates:
Dream Big Wellness therapists are not able to propose an appropriate course of treatment for you until spending some time in session with you. As soon as an appropriate course of treatment is identified, it will be discussed with you.
Services are anticipated to be provided generally on a weekly or bi-weekly basis until treatment is terminated. Additional services may be recommended. This estimate of your costs is only an estimate, and your actual charges may differ.
You have the right to initiate the patient–provider dispute resolution process if the charges you are actually billed substantially exceed the expected charges in this estimate. This estimate of costs is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain clinical services from us.
Insurance Therapy Rates
Insurance is billed at full session fee rate (See above prices in Magenta Level), and depending on your insurance and plan you will have varying costs for session fees. We use Headway as our billing service. Once you have consulted with us, and are interested in moving forward with therapy you will provide your insurance information through Headway and will receive an anticipated cost per session. All billing questions and disputes will go through Headway. You will need to keep a current credit card on file to maintain services at Dream Big Wellness.
Each therapist takes different insurances, and some may not take insurance at all. Please check out the Therapist page in order to see which insurances each Dream Big Wellness therapist is in network with.
