Explore. Create. Reflect. Grow.
What if self-care could be more than an occasional break or moment of relaxation?
This six-week creative workshop invites you to slow down, explore what matters to you, and discover meaningful ways to nurture your emotional well-being through artmaking, reflection, and supportive group discussion.
No artistic experience is necessary. This is about the process—not creating “perfect” art.
Suggested materials will be provided before the workshop.
Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions, as each workshop builds upon the previous week. Sessions will not be recorded, and there are no make-up sessions, to support privacy and confidentiality.
Participants are encouraged to keep cameras on when possible, to help create a warm, welcoming group environment.
An Overview of the 6 Weeks:
Each session includes guided creative exploration followed by an opportunity to briefly share reflections with the group. We will provide a list of suggested art materials prior to the workshop beginning, but please know that the materials are intended to be readily available and low cost.
Across six weeks, participants will explore self-care, personal values, emotional awareness, and practical coping strategies through creative expression and mindfulness. You will use art-based activities such as the Self-Care Wheel and a Bridge prompt to reflect on individual strengths, supports, relationships, gratitude, belonging, and personal growth. The series concludes with integrating these insights into a personalized vision for continuing a meaningful and sustainable self-care journey.
